All requests for RMAs must be made within 20 days of the ship date. All RMA requests will only be considered if the retailer has first referred their customer to the appropriate manufacturer or warranty provider for service, and that provider has refused warranty service. Full refunds will be given in cases that we ship the incorrect product, a broken or defective unit is received or in the event that the carrier delivers a damaged box and the item is signed for as such. All other RMAs carry a restocking fee of 15%. If the merchandise is not returned in its original packaging include all accessories, manuals and packaging materials there will be a 15% restocking fee. Please do not write the RMA number on the box. Returns must reach our warehouse within 10 days of the date they are issued. ALL RMAS EXPIRE ON THE 10TH DAY IF THE MERCHANDISE HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED. Late returns may be refused and sent back to the retailer at our discretion. 

Return shipping must be prepaid, labels are not provided. 

All returns are for refund only. Replacement product must be ordered again as a new order with a new order number and will include freight and handling charges. 

Note: Credit will not be issued without the return tracking to show return was delivered back. Returns take some time to process and confirm the reason chosen is correct, therefore, credits can take up to 15 business days from the date the item is delivered back.
