Camera Returns: 
Due to the nature of the products, returns will not be accepted unless the product is found to be defective or unless otherwise explicitly stated on the specific Safety Technology product page. All returns, refunds, or exchanges must be approved before any products are returned. We test all of our products before shipping. Your satisfaction is our number one concern. 

All of our hidden cameras, surveillance equipment, and other hi-tech products are special ordered by the person ordering and are NOT subject to cancellations. Due to the nature of our product line, returns will only be accepted for products damaged upon shipment to the customer. All returns must be authorized before product(s) is returned. All products must be returned in the original packaging. We will refund your account for returned product(s) at our discretion. 

Special exceptions may be made on a case by case basis determined by us. In this event, returns are subject to deductions for shipping costs and a 25% restocking charge and must be returned within a five (5) day period from date of receipt of product(s). NO refunds will be given for products returned without explicit permission from us. 

Any return must be authorized by a representative and under no circumstances will returns be accepted otherwise. Authorization and shipping instructions must be obtained from us. No returns will be authorized after five (5) business days of receipt of product(s) by the customer. 

WARRANTY: We guarantee all products to be free of defects in workmanship and material for 90 days (unless manufacturer's warranty is longer) after sale to the customer. We will replace or repair the product(s) at our option providing there is no evidence of customer misuse, or alteration. 

Self Defense Returns: 
We as a wholesaler will replace any defective item, the item will be returned and then issued a credit so a new order can be placed. You will need to submit a request for an RMA number. The RMA # must be written on the outside of box. There must also be a note in the box explaining the problem. Returns received without a note will result in a longer processing time. Once a return is received, we will determine whether or not it's defective and then process the customer's refund. 


All returns are for refund only. Replacement product must be ordered again as a new order with a new order number and will include freight and handling charges. 

Note: Credit will not be issued without the return tracking to show return was delivered back. Returns take some time to process and confirm the reason chosen is correct, therefore, credits can take up to 15 business days from the date the item is delivered back. 

Freight on merchandise being returned is to be prepaid. 

There is a 20% restocking fee for the return of non-defective items. 

AS OF 4/14/2005 RETURNS THAT DO NOT HAVE RMA #S ON THE LABEL WILL BE REFUSED AND RETURNED TO SENDER.
